2012: Started career at Global Cybersoft (now is Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam) — the first stepping stone in the IT industry.
2013: Joined a project for a Japanese printing solutions company; deepened expertise in Object-Oriented Programming, Design Principles, and Design Patterns.
2014: Became a key contributor in the printing solutions project.
2015: Assigned onsite to Japan to contribute to a large-scale modernization project for a Japanese bank, collaborating within a 500-member team and gaining valuable experience in client interaction, project execution, and cross-cultural delivery.
2016: Continued onsite in Japan, taking on team supervision and mentorship responsibilities.
2017: Third year onsite in Japan; honored as Division Runner-Up for exceptional performance.
2018: Returned to Vietnam, got married; began exploring Microservices architecture.
2019: Onsite in Malaysia, delivering a Blockchain-based solution for a regional airline.
2020: Onsite in Singapore, supporting a Blockchain initiative for a major banking client.
2021: Led a data platform project for a connected vehicle initiative; awarded Employee of the Year.
2022: Took lead on a logistics platform project; awarded Project of the Year. Began formal transition into the Cloud (AWS/Azure) Solution Architect role with a strong focus on system design.
2023: Directed multiple business initiatives, including leading the “Others” business unit and Azure Center of Excellence, managing a 70-member team.
2024: Appointed Account & Delivery Manager for Healthcare and cross-industry portfolios, overseeing ~20 active projects.
2025: Continuing strategic leadership across Healthcare and diversified industries, with a focus on growth, delivery excellence, and innovation.
